It's bull crap that you guys give us the impression it's a free package until the very end where you say by the way we're taking away your entire refund to pay for our service.

I feel like it is pretty convenient to be able to do your taxes on your own. The site is pretty clear and if you need additional help they provide it by getting someone to help you or links to further explain things to you.

Much easier than having to go see a tax man, plus they are a lot more affordable. Just make sure you have all your information ready to go and you can be finished within an hour!

The hidden fees are ridiculous. For what I ended up paying, I could have had a CPA do the filing.
