Fees

Not transparent about fees. Having an HSA is not uncommon and you have to pay like $70 extra for this. Why does filing state taxes cost money as well?!

Why did I feel like I was trying to sell my soul to Lucifer just to file my taxes? Am I supposed to be signing up for the Secret Service or getting my tax return? This took me two days because you asked me for documents I didn't have and I had to journey through the underworld to present myself in person to Lucifer just to get ID'd. The horror I will carry with me through the rest of my days.

This was my first time of using TurboTax and I needed a little bit of help, They were able to help me. 95% of it was self-explanatory the other 5% was my error.
