TurboTax getting worse?

This year sucked. This was my... what, 9th or 10th time using TurboTax and the first time I very seriously considered filing with someone else. The slowdowns and hiccups I ran into were too numerous to list here, to complicated to explain, and ultimately lead to a very painful process that I'm not even 100% sure was correct.
