Unexpected Expense

I made a mistake inputting my social security number, so I was unable to remove my fees from my refund. It was not an amount I could really afford, but I had make sure that my taxes were filed on time. I wish there was a way to get my money back, but I guess it's a lost cause in this case. I just wish the mistake had been caught before I had to pay my own money. I know that it is a software issue and not a human issue, but I still ended up losing money that I couldn't afford to lose. Other than that, I would say that it was a positive experience, and the user interface was very easy to use.

I really like the way it double-checks and triple-checks your refund. I was unhappy that to receive the fed student rebate, I was forced to upgrade twice and a third time to file online.

I think we shouldn’t have to pay a fee when it comes to paying service charges with our refund. Y’all are already hiking up the prices and making people pay extra.
