i TRIED USING ANOTHER FREE TAX FILING SERVICE & IT WAS SOOOOO MUCH MORE DIFFICULT THAN TURBO TAX I QUIT BEFORE I WAS DONE AND DECIDED TO USE TURBOTAX EVEN THOUGH IT ISN'T COMPLETELY FREE. iT IS WORTH IT FOR HOW MUCH EASIER AND QUICKER IT IS.

2024 TurboTax

Because for some reason TurboTax didn't have my 2023 tax return, it took longer to complete my 2024 return because I had to fill in more information. Hopefully, you will have this year's return for 2025 so it won't take so long to file my taxes. It is still a good way to do my taxes and you are helpful asking for information. I like having my information reviewed when I fill in the form. It helps to have someone know what I need and explain things to me.

Not the best feeling

Not sure what is at fault. While trying to access my online banking it would not allow it through the turbo tax software but i can log into it directly on this device anytime. I had to manually enter all bank account info manually (3). Once I got to the checkout portion EVERYTHING got really slow and clunky. It took longer to check out, setup e-file, and direct deposit than doing my whole state and federal returns. Very uneasy feeling.
