Bad software

Turbo tax entered garbage info into a worksheet, and there is no way to change the data. It wouldn't allow me to e-file because of it.

turbo tax is a good tool

Works if you are okay with fees

I was walking through my return easily. Until we go to the payment screen. When I had to redo payment as to not get charged a fee of 35$ to get my refund 5 days earlier (not guaranteed). this made my experience go sour as a customer because I had to redo my payment options to make sure it was just a standard return time table because I didn't want to be charged an extra fee without guarantee
