It's fast and easy for first timers. However, lack of transparency is what I hate the most, as they revealed more and more fees as you fill out the form. Probably won't use it again.

I've been using Turbotax for 4 years now and i like it, it's easy to use and super helpful that it save the information from other years and also helps with the breakouts. but what i don't like is that every year the charge goes up and up, it should be not the same but not too high either.
