Very confusing. Did not allow me to put in my W-2 and my home ownership forms for my taxes. I had to use the photo upload for many documents.

Continues to be barely tolerable

As usual Turbotax is an up-sell minefield. It seems every other tax form requires an up-charge. I will never get over how the free version includes state returns but their deluxe version charges extra for each return. They really aren't any more convenient than any other tax service. I literally only use them because they have records of all my previous tax returns.
