Don't like the new format. Too wordy, too much flash 'n' dash. Just want the facts, I don't need to be entertained. Not a fan of the upsell messages.

I am a single mother of 7 and my time is very limited, and money is tight. Turbo Tax was inexpensive and easy to do myself without taking too much of my time away from the kids and my very busy life.

Easy to use, but too many attempts to upcharge

Very easy to use, and made the process simple and stress free. There were quite a few attempts to get me to pay more than the standard amount for additional services. These were formatted in a way to resemble the next, required step in the filing process. That part felt icky.
Pros: I had a baby
