Turbotax sucks

Lies about prices all the way to the end. Federal wasn't free. Also have a processing fee for taking out of ur refund. Not easy to use. Will never again especially for over $150 for something supposed to be free or $39 for state only

Turbotax was better in previous years.

I do not like that you cannot find out the cost of using turbotax until you are ready to file. And for the first time in 20+ years, turbotax did not recognize that I successfully filed the previous year using turbotax. This led to additional work on my end to allow me to file this year.

Turbo Tax Online versus Desktop

I found the on version more frustrating than the desktop version. Specifically, I was able to see the tax return anytime during the process of the desktop version. This made it easier got go directly it each item by passing the many questions. Also, for those of us who help prepare family members (elderly) returns it would be nice to use one laptop for multiple licenses.
