Tons of hidden fees. awful experience. There was at least 4 different instances they tried to add bogus fees.

No longer worth it

It makes it simple but doesn't find you every tax break, and it's as expensive as going to get your taxes done by a professional. The only perk is not having to leave your home, office, or the place you're filing from to do this. There is no other aspect of using TurboTax that is convenient anymore. I pay more on taxes this year of course the fees went up by more than 20 per state you file. Honestly might as well go to the tax office people drop it off and forget about it until they call you to save yourself the headache of doing it yourself, headache no longer worth it to do it on turbotax.
