I have used Turbo Tax for many years now.

I had some technical difficulties but the technical assistance I received helped me greatly. I really think I had issues due to my computer, but the assistant was very professional, patient and helpful.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Sucks - No Guidance

The layout of the previous Turbo Tax was much more user friendly. I especially liked how it showed the return amount at the top and changed it based on the input. I didn't feel very guided through this process. I was just kind of randomly going through things. I easily could have missed things and I doubt my taxes will go through without issues.
