Not happy print option showed blank pages when going through the filling out process. Pretty easy to use and explanation option of items is nice. Need to go back to free state filing.

The pricing is higher then other tax sites and the cheapest option doesn’t provide any good benefits. The site is very user-friendly, but there’s other sites that offer the same thing for less money.

TURBO TAX IS BETTER THAN TAX ACT. THE NAVEGATION PROCESS WAS EXCELLENT. IT WAS EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS WITOUT ANY CONFUSION. I WILL DEFINETELY FILE MY TAXES NEXT YEAR WITH TURBO TAX.

TurboTax was Frustrating

It took longer than expected - I kept getting sent back to previous screens when it was time to file. I have used TurboTax for years and this year I had to start over as if i never had it before.

All fine except filing federal and state taxes should be FREE. Especially for seniors, no matter what.
