Solid Tax Return

I really like that TurboTax is working with Credit Karma. I trust Credit Karma and I like how my information carries. I do not like how pushy Turbo Tax is with trying to sell/upgrade services. I added a service and afterwards it prompted like three times for me to upgrade. A lot of up sells. You could get your refund 5 days earlier but you need to share your info with a partner bank and there is a $35 fee for this service. They also charge a $40 processing fee for paying your TurboTax return with your refund instead of a credit card.

Wonderul Tax Prep software

I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years. The software has improved every year.
I like the ease of use, and the explanations when I need them. I went to a private preparer once year, thinking I would get a better return or refund, but all I got was a big, fat fee for the preparation, and the return was the same. So now I only go with TurboTax. I think that the service could be improved, by asking up front if there were any changes to income stream, investments, etc. up front, so that I don't have to go through all the very uncommon occurrences each time I prepare.
