Not what it used to be

This is the first time I have not been able to add my charitable donations to my tax return. I wonder if it's because I refused Max services. That would be ridiculous because I was able to list all of my donations prior to this year. Plus, within ten minutes of submitting this year's return, I received an email stating that the IRS had rejected my return. When I went through the information on Turbo Tax and resubmitted, nothing had changed. Even though Turbo Tax said everything "looks good" and is in order, my return was rejected the second time. Something does not feel right about Turbo Tax this year. I hope the third time is a charm.

I love TurboTax. They make filing taxes so easy, a preschooler can do it! I like knowing TurboTax has my back when it comes to processesing accurate information, so that I can avoid mistakes, efficiently! The price is so worth it, when you don't have to worry.
