A lot more costly now. I don't appreciate paying $250 for money that I work hard for. I'm trying to figure out why I need to explain my experience in order to get money that I work for.

Double charge on the Deluxe-per Fed AND State

The program kept disappearing. I had to keep reentering, 3 times. Also the deluxe charge that I did not want but since you offered it at a discount from the $69 down to $59, nowhere did it say per Fed AND State filing. And you charged my card right away and I am still not done filing. Also once I got charged the$125 I could not go back and cancel. It did not save me any money in deductions. Not happy with that deception.
