Most of the experience is fine, however I ran into some frustrations and confusion when trying to fill out information for my spouse, who is a recent immigrant and has never filed taxes in the US before. I could not find any options to express this.

Product is easy to use - only problem I ran into was the fact that it some cases it rounded the number is even dollars and then compared it with a field that was not rounded. Case in point RMD vs total distribution.
