Easy to use

For 2024 I did not have to use a live expert, but I have in the past. Easy to use and very self-explanatory. Live expert was slightly stumped by my issue, but searched for help and reached back out to me in a reasonable amount of time.

Geez Too Many Fees

The process is pretty quick and easy but I feel like each year there are more fees to do my taxes and they just get higher and higher for no reason.
