Transparency is Important

While I like the ease of filing, I did not like the way it kept upgrading the cost. I was led to believe one price and then at the end other prices kept showing up. Transparency is important from the beginning.

Not using Turbo Tax again

Nice product but I'm forced to pay for the service due to a credit which is much less than the cost of the service itself. I also don't appreciate how the cost of service is hidden until I'm already invested in the process. This will be my last time using Turbo Tax
