At the beginning it stated it was free federal and state, But I had to paid $168.00. It like you stated that and then you decided to charge at the ended. That is not ok.

Easy to Use, But Downgrade Options Were Limited

I was disappointed to find that I couldn't downgrade my plan, as I only needed the basic version. I even tried starting over, but unfortunately, I still couldn't make the change. That said, other than that issue, I found the platform very easy to use, and the process was straightforward. Overall, it was a good experience despite the setback.
