Be more transparent

There wasn't a statement that there was a charge of $40 simply to be able to pay for TurboTax products FROM your Federal refund. If TurboTax is going to lobby the federal government to make tax returns difficult for individuals to do on their own, maybe TurboTax should be fully transparent. IDK.
