TurboTax Should Be Free!

TurboTax lobbied Congress to ensure that Americans would have to pay for a "service" that is 1000% unnecessary. This is a simple computer program that bears zero cost, could easily be offered by the IRS, and is pure profit for TurboTax.

Suggestion to add box to pay screen

Another great year using TurboTax. One suggestion: on the payment page there is no option to change direct deposit account numbers if you have a new account and the old account has been auto-filled from last year. You have to select the box saying that the incorrect account is the correct account to get to the second refund page where it is possible to change the account number after a few screens. I had to call customer service to help reassure me that I was not going to click too far and have my refund sent to the incorrect account. Please add a button on the payment page saying "no, this is not the account I want my refund to go to". It would have saved me a headache! The customer service representative was incredible however and kindly helped me figure it out.
