Turbo tax online easy & simple

For the last few years I've used turbo tax online and it has been wonderful. I have a Chromebook and I am able to still file my tax return without an issue.

Surprise Fees and Clunky Website

The pricing is not transparent at all and I feel ripped off a the end of the process every year when the website makes it look like I'm getting a great deal and then charges $40 for a processing fee even though I did all of the work myself. The website also makes it confusing by telling me I haven't completed the state portion of my taxes when Washington doesn't have a state portion to be completed.
