Turbo tax is expensive and it is the only online service that I have used.. ... The expense is 1/3 of my refund ...Also iI work in VA and live in NC ... NC Dept of Rev tells me to enter 0 for taxes in NC because I did not earn any in NC , but Turbo tax does not, which would have resulted ina likely audit issue with NC .This occured a few years ago ...

Needs to improve Roth IRA conversion filing

It was very difficult to get TurboTax to file a traditional IRA to a Roth IRA conversion at Form 8606 Part II. I had to try clicking different answers and finally got to the Roth IRA conversion recording windows. I do not remember how I got there. TurboTax, please make it easier to file a Roth IRA conversion next year.
