Turbo Tax. Could Improve

Price for Federal and separate State tax. Should be a single price for both.
Also, I uploaded my W-2 as downloaded from my employer and it couldn't read it, so I manually entered it. When paying for premium service, I expect premium service.

The only thing I miss is have the ability to look at the tax forms to make adjustments. I had to go through the complete process to again to find my error.
