This year for 2024 Tax Return was not user friendly at all as previous years. The one that actually greeted you & guided you all the way to the end. Seemed like each window had too much information on the right & to the left. It was very confusing as where to go.

Easy to use and understand, but I do my own taxes so that im not paying so many fees, thought this would be free or at least the $69. Disappointed in the $40 processing fee.

this has been coming on the increased costs and the constant prompts for additional services . to the point where today im trying to get my taxes don't and it keeps referring me to a form mind you nothing has changed in the past several years and im wondering if maybe this is something built in to drive up the need for an expert ? . in general i think you have a great product its these other things that are killing it for me . be happy with the customers you have and treat them well and referrals will take care of themselves .

Not user friendly

The online version is much less user-friendly than the CD version. Once, I was kicked out and had to log in again for no apparent reason. Many of the steps were confusing with little good guidance. I've been using Turbo Tax for 10+ years and this online version is the most confusing of all.
