Great for first time

First time using TurboTax and it was easy. I was forced to upgrade from the free plan to the deluxe plan ($120 total) because I paid less than a dollar in foreign tax which was not fun.

Turbo tax is easy to use, but can be difficult to find all documents you need sometimes. Customer service was great and took less than 20 minutes.

Even though I kept returning to the beginning every now and then, I kept my cool and completed my tax.
