TurboTax works, but too many fees

I appreciate the explanations provided as I work through the process. I don't appreciate all of the fees added on as I go. Starts off as free but oops, you have student loans so we gotta charge you. Ok sure let's keep going. Then it's oops! You also want to file your state return? Let's charge you for that too. Which, this year, the charge was more than my return, thanks. I think ok fine, let's just keep going. You get to the end and it's oops! One more charge! Processing fee. Because the other charges weren't also processing fees? Cool. Thanks. Taxes are fun.

Turbo Tax is Terrible

This has got to be the worst program ever!! The program looped over and over again and I had to reenter the same information several times. It took 2 hours to complete this form!! Nothing Turbo about that !! And then there are your fees. You keep looping the program until I agree to pay them. I am a 92 year old man who lives on a very limited income and I have to give you half of my refund!!! You should be ashamed.

Turbo Tax is ok

Very user friendly, but, overpriced. The $40 processing fee is not revealed until finalizing the process. I consider that a "hidden" fee.

Quick and easy. no issues with entering data. For some reason it made me pay at the very end and I couldn't get around it.
