Turbotax was very easy to navigate and reliable throughout the whole return. I would recommend family and friends to do their own, individual taxes with TurboTax.

I've been using turbo tax for years. Never any problems. I have an easier time completing this fast bc I'm not sure if I'm poverty or middle class. But it always goes smooth

What is going on!!!

This year Turbotax was not user friendly. I reviewed my personal info multiple times. Making sure active duty military was selected. Turbotax premium wanted to file my return for $109. i then selected to downgrade to the free version, but I was forced to select Turbotax Deluxe due to the child care tax credit being considered a special circumstance. Turbotax deluxe was suppose to only charge me $67. however i was charged $109. I assume there was an extra charge for having the fee come out of my tax return. I have never had any issues with the turbotax software until this year. Make me want to rethink using Intuit software next year.

TurboTax works, but too many fees

I appreciate the explanations provided as I work through the process. I don't appreciate all of the fees added on as I go. Starts off as free but oops, you have student loans so we gotta charge you. Ok sure let's keep going. Then it's oops! You also want to file your state return? Let's charge you for that too. Which, this year, the charge was more than my return, thanks. I think ok fine, let's just keep going. You get to the end and it's oops! One more charge! Processing fee. Because the other charges weren't also processing fees? Cool. Thanks. Taxes are fun.
