too many added fees

far too expensive, cost 30% of my refund

Too expensive of a product nearly a third of my refund was used to cover turbotax fees, will be the last time I file with turbotax.

I work for one company but in multiple states. I tried two other companies, they made it so difficult to input all the states BUT Turbo tax did all the calculations for me and made it so easy!! I did my taxes in 40 MIN!!

I love it every year, really makes filing easy for anyone. I’d consider adding more built in AI help. I worked through this alongside ChatGpt for extra guidance.
