Fix Washington State Families Tax Credit Glitch

Absolutely awful experience filing this year. I have used TurboTax for many years and have never had an issue up until now. My husband is in the military and currently stationed in California, however he is a Washington resident. For some reason there is a mandatory Washington State Families Tax Credit form that I could not delete, and TurboTax would not allow me to efile because they would not accept 0 on this form. Due to this, I spent hours of my time on chat forums trying to figure out my way around this. This has never happened before, and our situation has not changed the past couple of years. Please figure out this new glitch or I will not be using TurboTax anymore and will not recommend to anyone again.

At the beginning I thought it was going to be difficult to file my taxes, but Turbo tax makes it very simple and not complicated and provides information on the side. I had a good experience .
