It crashed a couple of times and didn't have the proper option for a pension. Also had problems with inputting payment- kept getting an error message- had to clear payment with the bank, they thought it was fraud.

I did like the fact that on the website it says file your taxes for free but yet I have to pay $168.00 the fee need to be posted before starting the process to file taxes.
