I don't like that it charges more for the upgrades , I get it it protects you but I have always used turbo tax and it's suppose to be cost efficient and help those especially on ssi
Pros: My employment status changed this year

My 2024 tax filing experience

I had a difficult time signing on. The system noticed that I used Deluxe last tax season and charged me for Deluxe for a simple tax return. Also, the system charged me an extra 40 dollars to complete state taxes or transmit them although I am not getting back much.
