You have taken what should be a free and easy process for all Americans and monetized it so you can make a profit off of a tax that your legislators forced Congress to change removing the free option for all Americans I think it's despicable in the most underhanded kind of grift

I used the online version for the first time this year. Previously, we had used the desktop version. It was a bit different, but still flowed in the same manner and was easy enough to use. I appreciate the FAQs and being able to ask my own questions to enhance my understanding. Thank you!
Pros: My employment status changed this year
