Turbo Tax is a bit shady

Very difficult to see forms and numbers entered into them until final reviews. Fees aren't given until after all the work is done. Several places want to retain banking information that could easily be missed--we don't want you storing our banking information!!!! Typical IRS-styled app: nontransparent.

Improve by stating at the beginning what documents you will need to complete filing without having to get up and go looking. Example - driver's license information.
