I usually use Turbo Tax, but I admit I was tempted to go with another company this year just because of your ads about a free tax return if I didn't use Turbo Tax last year. Way to go on appreciating your past customers. Your free offer usually ends in an upgrade that costs anyway, so why damage your reputation with your current customers in the hopes of getting a few new ones. I may very well switch next year if you do that and I'm sure others will too. Turbo Tax is adequate,but so are many other companies out there.
