We are having issued with our Identity Protection PIN with the IRS. I am unable to find where to enter this information to e file. I only see to print the tax return and write it in. I chose to mail our tax return after a couple of rejections electronically.

Turbo Tax ONLINE Needs Help

I will NEVER use on-line Turbo Tax again.......NOTHING BUT ISSUES! One more try with disc next year (the same usage as previous 8 years). If it's bad again, will seek alternatives.

Turbo Tax is Good for My Health

I've used Turbo Tax for years. Tax season used to keep me really stressed. Now it is just a matter or spending an hour to check numbers, and then it's all done. What a relief! Thank you, Turbo Tax
