everything was right there for them to access and download. was easy and fast. Only thing was I believed that the federal return was the lower cost and state was free but nope both cost the same. but still was cheaper and much faster.

Confusing - too much unnecessary jargon

I do not like your credit Karma account requirement. I expect turbo to take my info and file my taxes without anything else. The US Government can send me my return. Trash the Credit Karma or I’ll trash turbo tax!

Couldn't get the help I needed

I had to pay $69 for what I thought was a free tax filing. Then I wasn't able to inter my 1095A information as it had months with zeros. I filed without the 1045 A and it was rejected. I tried to refile adding the 1095A and couldn't do it. I ended up refiling the same information that will be rejected again
