Poor scanning / document entry software

Should be a lot cheeper

Too expensive. Once all tax information for Federal and State is input, there are WAY too many steps to actually file my taxes. TurboTax kept trying to sell me additional products over and over again, and wouldn't let me file my taxes until I answered the same questions several times

Product is incredible. It's incredibly user-friendly and efficient. I was unhappy with the increase in price, considering nothing about the product seemed all that different from last year.
