Charge too much and make you do all the work

Turbo Charged too much.. What was the point for having a Deluxe option when you have to do all the work yourself! Also, you should be upfront with the total amount you charge in the beginning.. not at the end.

found the program much more confusing than in the past. Had to file by mail because program would not let me correct an entry. I would correct it but it would change back again when I went to file.

I like my TurboTax

I Really like to use TurboTax, have for many years, but it does seem to get harder and harder to use. I am 78 years old so that may be the problem. Maybe you should make a version for old people.
