TurboTax is Predatory

TurboTax is a complete scam. They charge unnecessary fees for a process that is, unfortunately, mandatory. They use predatory marketing techniques to get your foot in the door and then tack on additional cost wherever they can. We effectively received a State Tax refund of -$9 because of the cost. And all we did was click buttons online.
