I have used TurboTax for over 5+ years, It is so easy to understand as a normal person without a financial background. Help is available and if you don't like the upgraded help tools there is still examples and further explanation available.

It seemed a bit more confusing to use than in previous years. What was set to be a 54 minute preparation turned into an hour and a half…simply due to the wording.

Great but still hidden fees

Still frustrating the extra fees to file. I ended up paying an additional $180 when I am considered poverty level making under $30k and filed early March. I appreciate the ease of the website but I thought these hidden fees were waived with last year's laws.
