Lackluster and Worse than Ever

Every year this service gets worse, and calling it a service is a stretch at best. I completely understand having services and wanting to sell those - but the hard sell is too much. If the site actually behaved smoothly I would have zero issues with paying higher fees... but the site feels much worse than it ever has. Last year I had suspected that I would need to stop filing my own taxes and find an in person service, but I really wanted to give Intuit another chance. This was a product I had used for a decade now - it used to be smooth and easy. Now it's frustrating and constantly pushing the hard sale.

Cost much more than advertised

Said I qualified for free filing. Then got charged $200 out of my $700 return. Not cool
