Pretty easy too use, taxes are always trouble some due to not being a CPA! Engineers like myself are typically not general number crunching types... just calculations of electrical/electronic equipment, power systems, distribution, audio, music, etc.

no longer awesome, more like a ripoff

Confusing final "total income" didn't match my actual total income and couldn't get it to reconcile or explain.
Exorbitant fees to file. Says it is $128 for state and federal then adds a $40 processing fee as you go to efile.
I've used it ever since it came out. This is the first time I feel like I was ripped off, especially since I use standard deductions and am on social security and a pension without investments.
