The fees have become ridiculous!

The fees are getting ridiculous! Your company advertises that filing is free, but then you won't allow me to file with the free version. On top of that, I had to pay $59 for a state filing, in a state that I haven't even worked in. I moved mid year and have not started working yet, but because I worked in my previous state, your program made me pay to file in 2 states....$59 for each one. Everything is 0 for my current state of residency. No refund, nor anything owed because I have not earned any income here. Why would you charge me for that? Then, after all the fees, you charge me tax on the fees?? LOL It would be great if the company could reimburse me that additional state filing fee, since everything was $0.00. I started this filing, thinking it wouldn't cost me anything ( but my own time of 5 hours) and ended up paying over $200! That's crazy. Turbo Tax used to also take any fees from the actual refund amount...now you try to charge $40 for that too. The fees are insane. and I will just take my taxes to an actual expert next year. Save myself the time and effort. The only reason I gave you two stars, was for the convenance of filing taxes in my pajamas...not worth $200 though
