everything is made so much easier and i have a a guide if i need to ask questions.. not to mention how accurate they made things so easy. not to mention all the cool options to help me get the best outcome

It was good, AI was OK. Questions were answered in a timely manner. Return was done in a reasonable amount of time. Only fault was returns were sent and approved, then later the rejection notice was sent,

TurboTax rips you off

While the interface is helpful and intuitive they charge fees without telling you so you unexpectedly pay $200 for a service that is advertised as free.
