Meh could be better

The commercials that advertise for filing taxes for free is pretty much a lie. I'm sure its free if you make little to no money. A huge majority of people I'm sure need to pay you guys just to file. I'm sure its in the fine print. but the commercials are lame. I would change that before you get a law suite. Lets just says edit your add and remove that free portion. Just say file your taxes with us its very easy

Not the Turbo Tax of past years

I have used Turbo Tax for many years - I have never disliked it so much. Yes, it provides the correct information and makes taxes easier but this version tries to upsell its products every 2 pages and the price has doubled. Very disappointing.
