I love what is included in the products you are offering but I hate how much it takes from people like us. My wife and I are low income, we grew up in school districts that did not offer tax education, we went to colleges that did not offer tax education. I feel preyed upon. I feel taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge. I have used Turbotax every year since I was a teenager. Because, I grew up in a household where my parents receiving their returns meant new clothes and shoes and extra food in the kitchen. This will be my last year using Turbotax.

Made it simple and helpful to use but did not disclose true payment amount to Turbo Tax till it was time to submit.

It's easy to run, but it randomly ups the price as you go along and per return. My daughter who was way simpler cost double what mine costs.

Return was rejected, I accidentally entered my spouse birth date wrong. Turbo Tax immediately notified me and it was taken care of in less than 1 minute.
