Fees are too high

Fees are too high for short form 1040 returns. A tax accountant doesn't charge $128

TurboTax is great! It is a complex tool but Filing taxes is a complex process regardless. TurboTax has helpful features and advise at your finger tips. Filing takes a little too long but the process is smooth.

Turbo Tax Makes it Easy!

Big fan of the Turbo Tax. The application makes sense of how confusing our U.S. tax code is. I'd be lost trying to figure it all out with the 1040 forms and all of the addendums to itemize deductions. it takes a bit of time, but if you have all of your documents ready to go, it's really pretty slick. Also, don't forget to claim energy-efficient home improvement costs. I got an extra $600 credit for replacing a few windows!
