I was emailed that they had my W-2 and waiting on my logging in to complete my filing but as it turned out they did not have it causing me to finish after they raised the price $20 ea fed & state. They offered me a small price reduction upon checkout, but because I was fighting with understanding how to change the account info for direct deposit I ended up not inputting the code for the discount before making the payment.
And I don't understand why the Fed & State are the same price since the state just imports almost all it's data from the Feds.

i used to pay more than a hunder to get my taxes done! But after learning about turbo tax, I doubt it first because of too many scams. but when i file my tax here maybe 2020, it was my 1st time too and it went great easy and fast! And i will keep using it!
