NOT happy with you, it said $69 to file, it never said ANYWHERE that an additional $40 was to be taken due to i choose to have the money taking out of my return. nothing was easy in fact it was confuesing cuz i didn't understand some stuff

The never-ending begging to upgrade to another plan is lame. Reviewing every piece of information 15 times and not having the option to just click "same as last year" and be done is ANOYING
I paid days ago thinking I had finished, then logged in to check the status and I'm greeted to "LETS FINISH YOUR RETURNS...." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
I've been using turbotax for years but next year I'm filing a PAPER RETURN!
